Tibetan Yoga General Yoga

Tibetan yoga has only 5 simple yet very effective yogic asans.

Traditional Hatha yoga has hundreds of asans and each asan works on a different part of our body.

It takes only  a few hours to learn Tibetan yoga and meditation.

So many asans take a minimum of 6 months to an year to learn.

You can do Tibetan yoga in just 15 minutes daily.

Each session of doing these asans will take at least 45 minutes to an hour daily.

You get a CD after you learn Tibetan yoga in a workshop, and you can follow the instructions on the CD and do your daily practice.

You needs to go for classes and do these asans under supervision.
