A-Tri Trul Khor (The Ligmincha 16)

For those with experience with the practice of A-Tri Trul Khor, I offer weekly live practice sessions and maintain an archive of practice videos, tutorials and handouts. This site also includes links to books, videos and supports by others that can benefit the practice of Tibetan Yoga. This access is only intended for those who have received instruction from qualified lamas, authorized Ligmincha instructors, and those who have taken my workshops (online or in person). 

These supports are made available free of charge for those who cannot afford them, and for a minimal contribution for those who can pay. Learn more by clicking the button below!

If you know the 16 movements practiced within Ligmincha, then you are welcome to join my live practice sessions and access the support materials. 

This site and the live sessions are available by donation. You donation helps support access to other practitioners and keeps the site online.

If you can't practice with my live sessions, I have a selection of pre-recorded practices that range from complete instruction to silently guided practices. 

Tutorials and Handouts

There are a selection of tutorial videos to refresh your practice if you've been away for a while. These offer full instruction in each of the postures, visualizations, and the breath.
