Hi, I'm Rob! And my mission is to share the Nine Breaths with the world! 

I've been interested our potential for spiritual evolution and personal growth for most of my life. More than twenty years ago, I began a journey deep into the practice of yoga and buddhism. My mission and my passion is to continue deepening my own practice and to share what I learn in a way that is easy to access, learn, and integrate into one's own life. There is so much personal suffering in the world today that we can heal! So much anxiety, anger, grief, depression, physical suffering and more. Bringing love into our hearts and cultivating peace in our minds, everything can change! Our personal transformation leads to collective transformation.
